Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Credit Cards

Credit Card Products Senior Manager

The Credit Cards team has end-to-end responsibility for the suite of Credit Cards.

  • Delivering product management of all the credit card products in the portfolio.
  • Strategic Roadmap & Delivery: Contribute to the squad credit card roadmap of deliverables and end-to-end delivery, including managing cross-squad dependencies.
  • Market research and analytics: Identify trends, customer breakpoints, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Risk management: Responsible for proactively managing risks, including performance of regular controls, identification of issues, escalation, and swift resolution of issues, including remediation.
  • Customer experience: Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits, and digital experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data to inform product decisions.
