We are seeking a Rosters Administrator to provide assistance for our Rosters team.

This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at South Melbourne in line with our hybrid working model.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager Operational Resourcing, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:

- Coordinate university requests for clinical placements and maintain appropriate planning schedules, records and processes
- Coordinate general observer requests and ensure required approvals and endorsements are obtained and shifts allocated appropriately
- Assist with projects and tasks allocated by the Senior Manager Operational Resourcing
- Communicate information to Team Managers on scheduled clinical placement and observer shifts in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the broader Resource Planning team as required

**About you**

To be considered for this position you will possess:

- Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing professional administrative support within a large organisation or department
- Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of administrative systems
- Effective written communication skills to enable the preparation of accurate and concise correspondence**

This position is classified **AV2** under the Ambulance Victoria (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021.
