Job Overview

As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our staffing needs. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain accurate staff schedules, taking into account qualifications, preferences, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Shift Changes: Handle requests for shift changes, leave, or time off and arrange suitable replacements to maintain adequate staffing levels.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff to inform them of schedules, shift changes, and any updates or important information related to their work.
  • Coordination with Management: Collaborate with management to align staffing needs with business objectives and optimize workforce management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage rosters and team member allocations effectively.
  • Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
  • Adaptable, motivated to learn, and skilled at teamwork.
