
Rostering Administrator

We are seeking a diligent professional to fill the position of an Rostering Administrator.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless client satisfaction by managing support workers, preparing and finalising periodic rosters, and liaising with care and accounts teams.
The successful applicant will also assist in approving staff time sheets, coordinating with the payroll team, supporting staff in fulfilling their roles, and conducting documentation and office administration tasks.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across multiple functional areas, including staffing and rostering within operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and finalising staff rosters
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Approve staff time sheets and coordinate with the payroll team
- Support staff in achieving their goals and objectives
- Conduct administrative tasks, including data entry and employee profiling
- Manage employee files and organisational systems
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate IV in HR or Office Administration or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in rostering, hiring, office administration, or HR is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time, and work under pressure
- Skilled in customer service and problem-solving
- Team player attitude with a sense of responsibility
- Must have a valid Police Check
