
Rostering Coordinator

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Rostering Coordinator. As an exceptional communicator, you will provide outstanding customer service while working within our guidelines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for rostering a team of support workers to deliver care and support in alignment with program requirements. This involves working in partnership with consumers and stakeholders to allocate shifts accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all rostering enquiries
- Cordinating all rostering requests to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintaining a roster changes log to ensure accuracy of roster changes
- Managing and prioritizing workload in a constantly changing high-volume environment
- Meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working in a fast-paced rostering environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or relevant qualification
- Experience in rostering and administration
- Current National Police Clearance - Aged Care
This is a full-time, fixed-term position with a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be required to work day shifts, Monday to Friday.
