We have an exciting opportunity in our Osborne Park office for an experienced Maintenance Support Administrator to manage our small remote sites around Perth.The Perks:SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE BUT WE'RE COMPETITIVEMONDAY TO FRIDAY ROSTERCENTRAL OSBORNE PARK OFFICE8-HOUR DAYS (8:00AM TO 4:00PM)FORTNIGHTLY PAYS $$$SALARY SACRIFICE TO A RANGE OF ITEMS INCLUDING VEHICLES AND YOUR SUPERPRIVATE HEALTHCARE DISCOUNTSGREAT STEPPINGSTONE TO BECOME A PLANNING ADMINISTRATORWhat your day to day looks like:Maintain site records, including daily machine hours, receipt purchase orders, create back charges documents, and fuel usage.Timesheet Entry for employees and subcontractorsMaintaining and scheduling rostersRaise and receipt purchase orders, including cross referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts.Costing and invoicing of jobs - Create breakdowns and quotes.Maintaining training records and assisting in the booking of training and inductionsFacilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork and accommodationAssist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registersAny other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when requiredWhat we need from you:Significant experience within a fast-paced administration roleAt least 2 years' experience as a Site Administrator or as Maintenance AdministratorProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectivelyStrong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmatesSelf-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomesMust have full working rights within Australian and a valid and current Australia Drivers LicenceHow To ApplyShortlisting will begin immediately, hit 'Apply Now'
