Job Description
Oaks Mackay Rivermarqe Hotelis looking for acasual Guest Service Agentpassionate about providing excellent customer service.
You will make guests feel at home with your welcoming presence, guiding them through check-ins, check-outs, and sharing insights on local attractions and eateries.
Your superb customer service and positive energy will leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide a warm and friendly reception upon guest arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process and addressing immediate inquiries.
Maintain clear and courteous communication across in-person, phone, and email channels to deliver exceptional service.
Accurately process reservations, updates, and special requests using property management systems for seamless scheduling.
Act as the primary contact during guests' stay, offering assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations.
Hourly rates (excluding super):
Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour
Saturday: $38.78 per hour
Sunday: $45.25 per hour
Qualifications
Experience in delivering high-quality service in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication skills across various mediums.
Proactive, positive approach to guest needs, exceeding expectations.
Ability to foster positive guest experiences and resolve issues effectively.
Professional appearance reflecting organisational standards.
Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts.
