Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Reception Agent to join our team. As a Reception Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for our guests.
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A service-focused personality.
  • Ability to work shifts (mostly afternoon/evening) and availability on weekends.
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset.
  • Fluency in English.
