Hours: Monday to Friday (38 hrs) – scheduled discussed at interview

About The Role
FedEx is looking for an Operation Support Agent to join our team. We're seeking a team player who is dedicated to delivering excellent service to our customers. As an Operation Support Agent, your duties will include operational administration/support and manual handling tasks in the warehouse.

Duties
  • Data entry and administration
  • Assisting Drivers to resolve discrepancies
  • General warehousing duties including loading/unloading of vehicles
  • Warehouse stocktaking
  • Freight sortation and movement
  • Assisting with screening of freight
The successful candidate will have / be ...
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Administrative or data entry experience
  • Previous warehouse experience (desirable)
  • Background in logistics (desirable)
  • Physically fit for manual handling and able to pass a pre-employment fitness assessment
  • Customer service experience
  • Safety conscious
