Bankstown Sports are looking for a driven and organised Events Sales Coordinator to be part of our expanding team
The Events Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the events and sales teams while offering excellent customer service to clients and guests.
This role combines receptionist duties with event sales tasks, including assisting in the coordination of events, managing client inquiries, and supporting the team in executing smooth and successful events.The role requires a combination of sales, customer service, and organisational skills to assist the overall team drive revenue growth and support the seamless delivery of event experiences.Your responsibilities included:General Office Management & CommunicationPrevious experience in event sales, hospitality, or related fields preferred.Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities and to work autonomously and as part of a teamExceptional communication skills both written and verbalCommitment to a high standard of service and customer focusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (CRM systems a plus).
