We are a small café located in the heart of Neutral Bay with a focus on delivering high-quality specialty coffee, along with our made to order sandwiches and salads.

**Responsibilities**
- Treat the business as if it was your own - accountable for the success of the business.
- Manage, lead, motivate and train the team to deliver excellent customer service - knowing our customers by name and becoming a familiar and friendly face
- Be the face of the business at all times and act respectfully to all team members and customers
- Delivering high standards of coffee and food at all times.
- Ordering/maintaining stock whilst meeting budgets
- Keeping the facility cleaned to a high standard
- You will be accountable for rostering, ordering, strong food hygiene standards, customer service and cash handling.

**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum of 2 years barista experience
- Proven leadership experience with creativity and imagination
- Adept with the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm when busy or under pressure
- High level attention to detail
- Strong initiative and ability to think and act promptly
- Have the ability to work weekends

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Neutral Bay, NSW 2089: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
