**Requirements of the Role**:

- Previous hospitality and Barista experience essential
- Ability to work in a busy and buzzing hospitality environment
- Ensuring efficient café operation & maintaining high productivity and quality
- Provide exceptional customer service
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Flexibility to work weekends
