Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to drive financial performance, strategic growth, and operational excellence across multiple hotels.
Develop and execute commercial, sales, and revenue strategies to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
Oversee day-to-day operations across the portfolio with a visible, hands-on approach.
Ensure hotels consistently meet guest experience, employee engagement, and financial performance targets.
Lead, motivate, and coach cross-functional teams to deliver results and cultivate a high-performing culture.
Partner with stakeholders to optimise performance, strengthen operations, and grow market share.
Review financial reports, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to optimise revenue, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Champion a brand vision, innovation, and service excellence while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote open communication, employee feedback, and performance development across all teams.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Regional/Area Manager, overseeing multiple hotels, and demonstrate exceptional commercial acumen, leading high-performance teams, and driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
