We are looking for a skilled Business Operations professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for rotating through high-priority business functions such as growth, strategic finance, and partnerships. This is an opportunity to fill high-priority gaps as they emerge, incubate new functions, solve tough problems, and make things happen.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, wants to build, and can pick up new domains quickly. The right candidate is equal parts operator, strategist, and builder.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnership with leadership to scale our presence globally
- Rotating through high-priority business functions and standing up systems and playbooks
- Making fast, high-stakes decisions with limited structure or oversight
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in operations, strategy, or related field
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive toward outcomes
