Excellence Strategist

We seek a seasoned Quality Excellence Strategist to spearhead the development of our quality culture.
- Digitize and redesign our Quality Management System (QMS)
- Cultivate a high-performing quality culture through strategic improvements and change management initiatives
- Review, maintain, and align quality documentation with customer requirements for compliance
- Support customers with quality-related bids and contracts
- Evaluate manufacturing control processes against customer requirements
- Manage customer relationships on quality matters
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or quality position
- Proven success in implementing quality methodologies and systems, process improvement, and change management
- Practical experience with quality assurance/control in a manufacturing environment
