We're seeking an experienced caretaker to join our team in Hamilton, Brisbane. The caretaker will work alongside our building manager, performing duties such as vacuuming, mopping, hosing, window cleaning, waste management, pool maintenance, and high-pressure cleaning.

**Position Details**:
We have two positions available
- Part-time 20 hours per week, and
- Full-time 38 hours per week.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of caretaking experience.
- Presentable with good communication skills.
- Proactive with an eye for detail.
- Capable of working fast and efficiently without compromising on quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $26.18 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Overtime
