Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care Services

As a senior executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aged care services. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the strategic direction and governance of clinical and care standards, compliance, and accreditation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of approximately 160 staff across multiple sites, including residential facilities, Transitional Care Program beds, and home-based services.
  • Develop and implement financial management plans, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Manage workforce, human resources, and organisational development across multiple teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders and the community, advocating for consumer-centred care and resident rights.
  • Identify and manage risks and emergency preparedness in aged care operations.

Requirements

  • Proven executive leadership experience in health or human services.
  • Strong operational and financial management skills, ensuring efficient service delivery and achievement of targets.
  • Qualifications as a Registered Nurse with current registration.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary aged care models.
  • Proven ability to lead change and improve services.
