Job Description:
Aged Care Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned Aged Care leader to oversee the provision of aged care services, including residential sites, independent living units, and community-based services. The successful candidate will have full strategic oversight of aged care operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care for all older people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a total workforce of approximately 160, across 6 residential Aged Care facilities (174 beds), Transitional Care Program beds, and home-based Aged Care services.
  • Lead the strategic direction and governance of clinical and care standards, compliance, and accreditation.
  • Manage workforce, human resources, and organisational development across multiple sites and teams.
  • Engage stakeholders and the community, advocating for consumer-centred care and resident rights.

Requirements:
  • Executive leadership experience in aged care, health, or human services with demonstrated ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong operational and financial management acumen, ensuring efficient service delivery and achievement of quality targets.
  • Proven experience managing resources effectively and leading teams through complex change in alignment with Aged Care reforms.
  • Qualifications as a Registered Nurse with current registration.
