Job Title: Residential Care Assistant House Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Assistant House Supervisor to join our team. This is a leadership position that requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Oversee the daily care of young people in our residential care homes.
  • Ensure their safety, well-being, and development through guidance and support.
  • Step in to lead during times when the House Supervisor is not present.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma with substantial experience including four additional mandatory competencies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values.
  • Relevant qualification and current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Valid and current Driver's Licence and Workers With Children's Check.

  • Hourly rate based on SCHADS Award Level 4 ($44.58 - $47.97) dependent on qualification and experience.
