As our fast-growing business continues to thrive, we're looking for an eCommerce & Digital Coordinator to join the marketing team at our Botany Head Office.
You'll help to bring Archie Rose's premium spirits, experiences and campaigns to life online.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for digital, and a love of great customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Digital Performance Manager to maintain, optimise and scale our digital marketing channels including but not limited to: Paid Social (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube), Paid Search, SEO & LLM optimisation, programmatic and more.
Updating content across both our consumer and corporate websites — including uploading new products, events and experiences, and refreshing imagery and copy
Managing visual merchandising and product categorisation to optimise the online shopping journey and boost product discoverability
Supporting campaign execution for product launches and key retail moments — including page builds, setting up offers, and pre-launch website testing
Pulling and reviewing weekly and monthly performance reports across eCommerce, social and digital platforms to help identify trends and opportunities.
Assisting with management of the Archie Rose Journal, our blog platform
Assisting the Trade, Venue, Partnerships and Events teams with digital rollouts and campaign support
Assisting other marketing team members where needed with digital and brand marketing responsibilities
What we're looking for:
1–2 years' experience in a digital, eCommerce or marketing support role in-house or within an agency
Comfortable using CMS platforms such as Shopify or Dato and updating web content
A basic understanding of digital performance metrics — with interest in learning how to analyse results and draw insights
High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
A collaborative team player who's proactive, organised and eager to learn
Bonus points for experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager
