The vision and function of the eCommerce Coordinator at Zen:As we continue to evolve into becoming an APAC partner solution for prestige brands by leveraging our People, Products and Processes, innovation and efficiency are paramount. The eCommerce Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring our brands succeed online and build brand awareness in the regions and marketplaces we manage. With the ultimate goal of building consumer demand, this role works across our direct-to-consumer channels to enhance the experience, conversion, and consistency of our digital storefronts.

We strive to grow brands by simplifying the consumer journey and presenting a clear, relevant, and refined shopping experience. The eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional and seamless presence across our multi-site Shopify ecosystem. From homepage content to product listings and collection merchandising, this role ensures our stores are performing at their best.

Who is Zen?Zen is a brand management hub for the Asia-Pacific region creating solutions for big brands looking to grow through distribution, sales and marketing. We develop consumer demand through our extensive channels (Ecomm, Retail, B2B, Marketplace, and Affiliate) and wholesale and distribution network, our strategic direct to consumer model, and our consumer-facing flagship retail stores. Position DescriptionThe eCommerce Coordinator is part of the Sales & Marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing. This role is responsible for the daily operation, optimisation, and coordination of all Shopify sites across Zen's brand portfolio. With a strong attention to detail and user experience, this role ensures our websites are current, functional, well-merchandised, and optimised for mobile-first usage.

This person will work collaboratively across marketing, planning, creative, and logistics teams to ensure that product listings, pricing, collections, and inventory are well represented and maintained across all storefronts. The eCommerce Coordinator will also work closely with our Web Developer and Digital Specialist to identify UX improvements, enable site updates, and drive improvements in performance. Ecommerce stores are just like bricks and mortar retail stores, they need people tending to them every day, every product, all the time.

Duties

Shopify Store Coordination

  • Manage daily operations of multiple Shopify stores (site merchandising, updates, banners, and feature content)
  • Ensure homepage layouts, collections, and product detail pages are fresh, relevant and on-brand
  • Monitor product inventory and coordinate with planning and logistics to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate and implement price changes and promotional periods
  • Manage up-sell and cross-sell promotions and monitor performance and make recommendations accordingly towards growth
  • Liaise with Web Developer to manage theme customisations and ensure sites are bug-free and converting well
  • Work with the Digital Specialist to implement CRO best practices and SEO fundamentals
  • Build and refine product listings using best-in-class assets, information, and metadata

Campaign & Product Launch Execution

  • Coordinate store updates in line with brand plans, product marketing, new product releases and campaign calendars
  • Upload, tag, and publish products in coordination with brand and marketing timelines
  • Coordinate any related landing pages, collections, or promotional banners
  • Support GTM (Go-To-Market) plans by executing digital merchandising tasks on time

Site Performance & Troubleshooting

  • Work with internal teams to test and ensure correct functioning of new features, flows, or product launches
  • Report and respond to bugs, downtime, or broken pages by triaging internally or with developer support
  • Monitor key ecommerce health metrics (Conversion Rate, AOV, ATC, Bounce rate, etc.)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support the creative team with asset implementation and brand updates
  • Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, and retail teams for product consistency and promotions. Our Ecomm stores are the brand product bible for many of our products and need accuracy, energy and detail
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to ecommerce-related discussions

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • 2–4 years experience in eCommerce, preferably with multi-site Shopify environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify admin, themes, page builders, and basic HTML/CSS
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, logistics)
  • Comfortable with tools like Adobe CC/Canva, Klaviyo, Google Analytics
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for merchandising, layout, and product presentation
  • Team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
