As our fast-growing business continues to thrive, we're looking for an eCommerce & Digital Coordinator to join the marketing team at our Botany Head Office. You'll help to bring Archie Rose's premium spirits, experiences and campaigns to life online. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for digital, and a love of great customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Digital Performance Manager to maintain, optimise and scale our digital marketing channels including but not limited to: Paid Social (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube), Paid Search, SEO & LLM optimisation, programmatic and more.
• Updating content across both our consumer and corporate websites — including uploading new products, events and experiences, and refreshing imagery and copy
• Managing visual merchandising and product categorisation to optimise the online shopping journey and boost product discoverability
• Supporting campaign execution for product launches and key retail moments — including page builds, setting up offers, and pre-launch website testing
• Pulling and reviewing weekly and monthly performance reports across eCommerce, social and digital platforms to help identify trends and opportunities.
• Assisting with management of the Archie Rose Journal, our blog platform
• Assisting the Trade, Venue, Partnerships and Events teams with digital rollouts and campaign support
• Assisting other marketing team members where needed with digital and brand marketing responsibilities

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years' experience in a digital, eCommerce or marketing support role in-house or within an agency
• Comfortable using CMS platforms such as Shopify or Dato and updating web content
• A basic understanding of digital performance metrics — with interest in learning how to analyse results and draw insights
• High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
• A collaborative team player who's proactive, organised and eager to learn
• Bonus points for experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager
