**Digital Merchandising Role**This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Ecommerce Coordinator, where you will be responsible for the digital merchandising of our website. Your primary goal will be to provide an optimised customer experience and drive sales through your work.The role involves owning the updating and optimisation of the website homepage and site navigation, executing catalogue changeover and coordination of assets and promotions that align, managing the website content including blogs, homepage, co-op, promotions, and campaigns, and supporting the Digital Merchandiser to configure, maintain and optimise landing pages and digital content across the website to reduce bounce rate and drive sales.Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing publishing of blog content, supporting writing blog content as needed, optimising trade performance by reviewing analytics data to inform merchandising decisions & suggest ideas for improvement of digital experience, finding opportunities to increase exposure and performance of key manual categories including Reader's Range, BookTok, page to screen, romance and manga, supporting website projects to drive SEO and technical improvements as required, collaborating with partner agency to test and launch personalisation and recommendation campaigns, checking stock status and URLs in EDM proofs, and reviewing search data and utilising to create extra exposure of trending terms and improve conversion of terms where applicable.To succeed in this role, you will need to have ecommerce and digital merchandising experience, blog creation experience & excellent writing skills, strong Communication & analytical skills, a positive can-do attitude and be a team player, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, and experience with HTML coding and Kentico CMS highly regarded.We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
