As E-commerce Coordinator assist with all e-commerce activities supporting the growth of e-commerce across the Australian and international markets.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Support and execute EDM marketing campaigns based on clear campaign briefs including scheduling content
- Manage and maintain existing websites for the business including the inspection of landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use
- Assist in monitoring consistency of site elements, including website home page, category pages, landing pages, and product display pages
- Assist with updating all product names and descriptions, and brand copywriting
- Monitor product and pricing accuracy on e-commerce platforms
- Assist with website and stock updates ensuring all product categories are maintained on a regular basis
- Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates
- Overseeing regular stock counts and stock transfers to keep control of stock levels
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external customer service relating to e-commerce website faults.
- Liaise with warehouse and operations teams as required in relation to e[1]commerce dispatch, picking, packing, receiving goods, stocktake, stock transfers and organisation

**Skills, Qualifications and experience requirements**:

- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar role
- High computer literacy with graphic design experience highly desirable
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management with the ability to work autonomously
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Must be Australian Citizen to obtain Police Clearance/Criminal History Check upon employment (no older than 6 months)
