Job Title: E-commerce Coordinator
As an e-commerce coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our online sales across Australian and international markets.
- Schedule and execute electronic direct mail (EDM) marketing campaigns based on clear campaign briefs to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain existing websites for our business, ensuring that landing pages, product information, checkout options, and website-related systems are visually appealing, accurate, and easy to use.
- Monitor consistency of site elements, including website home pages, category pages, landing pages, and product display pages to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Update all product names and descriptions, as well as brand copywriting to reflect our company's values and mission.
- Monitor product and pricing accuracy on e-commerce platforms to prevent errors and inconsistencies.
- Assist with website and stock updates, ensuring that all product categories are maintained on a regular basis to meet customer demands.
- Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee regular stock counts and stock transfers to maintain control of stock levels and optimize inventory management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customer service relating to e-commerce website faults, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Liaise with warehouse and operations teams as required to coordinate e-commerce dispatch, picking, packing, receiving goods, stocktake, stock transfers, and organization.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in e-commerce coordination and management.
- High computer literacy, with graphic design experience highly desirable to enhance visual appeal and creativity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Able to work as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Australian citizenship is required to obtain a police clearance/criminal history check upon employment.
