Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Coordinator to support all e-commerce activities for our organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Execute and support EDM campaigns
  • - Manage and maintain websites ensuring ease of use, accuracy of information and visual appeal
  • - Monitor product and pricing accuracy across e-commerce platforms
  • - Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders
  • - Manage online customer service
  • - Conduct stock counts, transfers, and levels
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • - Proven experience in an e-commerce role
  • - Strong interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to manage and maintain products on all e-commerce platforms
  • - Excellent computer literacy skills
  • - Ability to work in a collaborative environment and autonomously
  • - Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
