About the Role

  • Maintain accurate product listings across multiple platforms.

  • Troubleshoot e-commerce issues and support stores with orders, refunds, and queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product listing management: Ensure that all products are accurately listed on multiple platforms.
  • Bulk upload management: Manage seasonal bulk uploads from brand partners in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve e-commerce issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements
  • E-commerce experience: You will need experience working with e-commerce tools such as Shopify or Lightspeed.
  • Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions is essential for this role.
  • Reliability: You must be reliable and able to work independently in a well-structured system.
