About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Product Merchandiser to join our growing E-commerce & Digital Marketing Team. Based in Marleston, Adelaide, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading e-commerce platform while working closely with a supportive team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our product offerings are well-organized, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing, helping drive sales and enhance the customer experience on our websites. You will work alongside our B2B E-commerce Manager to execute key digital strategies and deliver outstanding online merchandising for our portfolio of B2B websites.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating product launches, deal books, and website promotions, ensuring all product information is enriched and optimized for SEO on the eCommerce website.
  • Managing product data, content, and assets for the website, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually engaging product pages and optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Managing product imagery, PIM (Product Information Management) systems, and overseeing product photography.
  • Contributing to on-site merchandising and product sequencing in alignment with business goals.
  • Conducting daily website operational health checks and troubleshooting any issues.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • A solid understanding and passion for digital technologies, online merchandising, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in writing SEO-friendly content and enhancing product pages.
  • Knowledge of managing product data and imagery in PIM or CMS systems.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in product copywriting and digital content creation.
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including marketing teams, purchasing teams, and external vendors.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and processes and recommend improvements.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • B2B e-commerce experience, particularly in the beauty or haircare industry.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS would be an advantage.
