The Reception and Front of House Coordinator is responsible for front-of-house services for AFCA across our Sydney office. Our offices are located in the heart of Sydney's CBD on George street with a vibrant workplace culture and amazing organisational benefits. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Properties & Procurement, you'll become part of a welcoming and collaborative Facilities team. Whether you're transitioning from a Reception or Hospitality background, or just beginning your career journey, this role offers a rewarding and challenging environment where you'll be supported to grow and succeed.

**This position does require you to work onsite at our Sydney office. The role is permanent and we can consider full-time or part-time options.**

**Typically, in this role you will**:

- Welcome AFCA staff and visitors, providing support in using the amenities of our office.
- Administer Registration of visitors in accordance with AFCA's security and access policy
- Maintain Boardroom and meeting room facilities.
- Registration and coordination of maintenance contractors in accordance with AFCA's contractor policy.
- Coordination of daily office cleaning services.
- Organise and coordinate catering and supplies as required for meetings and events.
- Responsible for the maintenance and ordering of office stationery and other office consumables as required.
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing courier services.
- Operate in a hands-on and people first environment with exposure to key stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
