Front-of-House Experience Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to lead our front-of-house experience. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, you will be responsible for creating a warm and professional welcome, managing reception operations, coordinating meeting rooms and events, supporting new starters, and maintaining a safe and well-presented office environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing reception operations, including calls, inbox, couriers, and guest logistics
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and AV/VC setup
  • Supporting internal events and inter-office travel arrangements
  • Assisting with onboarding and induction for new starters
  • Liaising with building management and suppliers
  • Managing security and access passes

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a front-of-house or client-facing role in a professional services or corporate setting
  • A calm and composed approach, even in busy periods
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively
  • Polished and professional presence, with excellent communication skills
