
Front of House Coordinator

**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to manage the front-of-house operations for our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the upkeep of the reception area, and maintaining a professional image. They will also be tasked with managing phone calls and emails, replenishing office supplies, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating events.

**Key Responsibilities**- Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner
- Respond to Reception calls and emails within specified timeframes
- Maintain the front-of-house area, including storage and archive facilities
- Replenish office supplies as required
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate events
- Monitor the cleanliness of the office space
- Organize new starter packages
- Complete monthly maintenance checklists
- Process facilities-related invoices
- At least 12 months previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to work well in a corporate environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service ethic
- Action-orientated and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
