**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to manage the front-of-house operations for our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the upkeep of the reception area, and maintaining a professional image. They will also be tasked with managing phone calls and emails, replenishing office supplies, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating events.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner
  • Respond to Reception calls and emails within specified timeframes
  • Maintain the front-of-house area, including storage and archive facilities
  • Replenish office supplies as required
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate events
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the office space
  • Organize new starter packages
  • Complete monthly maintenance checklists
  • Process facilities-related invoices

**Requirements**
  • At least 12 months previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to work well in a corporate environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service ethic
  • Action-orientated and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
