**The Role**

The Front of House reports to the Facilities Manager, and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Front of House operations, setting the tone for all visitors to the studio, and coordinating corporate travel requirements.

**What You Will Do**
- Welcoming staff, visitors and clients to the Sydney DNEG studio
- Manage the visitor sign-in system, ensuring NDAs are signed and ID is provided
- Answer all internal and external calls
- Ensure the Front of House onboarding and off-boarding process is followed for all new hires and leavers.
- Support with meeting room bookings and liaise with the Front of House and other Site teams across the global DNEG network.
- Train all new Runners on Front of House duties, and collaborate with the Runners for support where necessary
- ** **Assist with any general enquiries from visitors and staff

***Travel**
- Manage and coordinate all DNEG Sydney travel, supporting other sites and communicating changes to the globally travel policy
- Responsible for monitoring expenditure in-line with the travel policy, liaising with service providers for hotel rates and airline bookings arrangements.
- Recruiting new vendors such as hotels and ensuring service levels are met in line with the DNEG standard
- Produce weekly, monthly and annual reporting

**Ongoing responsibilities**
- To coordinate and facilitate implementation of new working practices to ensure the successful roll out of initiatives
- Review of existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices in line with other Site teams, to ensure a seamless delivery of Front of House and Travel services
- To take full ownership of the Front of House and all associated areas, making sure that they are kept in the best possible order at all times, liaising with cleaners, facilities, security and other departments as deemed necessary
- Supervise and coordinate school tours, social events, and VFX functions held in Reception
- Work with the other Site teams and business heads where necessary

A**bout You**
- Good working knowledge of spreadsheet software
A positive and engaging attitude
- Familiar with Mac and Windows operating systems
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace programs
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skill
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role
- Previous experience with coordination of business travel and accommodation
- Certificate or degree in Business Administration or similar combination of
education and experience
- Previous reception or customer service experience
- Previous experience in the Post-Production or VFX industry
- A desire to learn and be a part of the VFX industry for film, television, and
animation
