Overview:

The Front of House Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the workplace premises and ensuring a professional welcome for guests, clients, and staff. As part of our Workplace Premises team, you will support the Front of House manager in the day-to-day management and administration of the client floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized front of house, reception, and meeting rooms to create a positive impression for visitors.
  • Welcome guests, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and reception functional mailboxes efficiently.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings and events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare and serve coffees as a Barista, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Respond to queries and answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels.
  • A personable nature with outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • A customer service focus to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite is highly regarded.
  • Willngness to obtain a First Aid Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training.
