You will focus on enhancing capability and performance through innovative learning design, collaborating across teams and with clients to support continuous improvement initiatives and deliver key project outcomes that make a real impact.ResponsibilitiesDesign impactful learning experiences using data, user feedback, and human-centered design to optimise engagement, retention, and performanceDevelop high-quality content across formats (e.g., workshops, digital modules, manuals) aligned with adult learning principles and business goalsDeliver training sessions including inductions and upskilling programs, while supporting learner success through assessment and feedbackManage multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic prioritiesReview and enhance existing programs with evidence-based recommendations and continuous improvementCollaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, co-design solutions, and ensure strategic alignmentLeverage learning technologies to improve accessibility and scalability of trainingDrive quality through insights, advising on capability uplift and embedding quality-focused practices across teamsQualificationsProven experience in learning and development, especially in designing and delivering effective learning programsStrong instructional design skillsExperience using eLearning authoring toolsGood project management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in learning technologies and platformsEffective communication and the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholdersRewards and BenefitsFlexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyleHealth and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your familyInvest in our business by setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company, with a company contribution as wellExtra rewards ranging from recognition awards and team get-togethers to helping you invest in your futureAnd moreAbout UsWe're a global leader in financial administration with over 12,000 employees across more than 22 countries.
