eLearning Leader Job Description

Penola Catholic College is seeking a skilled eLearning Leader to join its team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all staff are well-versed in the use of 21st-century technologies to enhance student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the Penola community, including staff and parents, in the effective use of current, emerging, and innovative information and communication technologies. They will work collaboratively with the ICT Manager in reviewing, implementing, and maintaining digital technologies across and within the College.

This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, as well as significant experience in the use of technology to enhance student learning. The ideal candidate will have expertise in learning management systems and be able to demonstrate contemporary teaching practice, understanding how students learn best.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A highly developed understanding of ICTs appropriate use in schools
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Significant experience in the use of technology to enhance student learning
  • Experience in learning management systems
