To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools, digital learning, multi modality learning, social learning, and neurosciences in learning.
  • Identification of capability needs using quantitative and qualitative evidence.
  • Ability to build partnerships across varied stakeholder groups.
  • Strong project management skills to scope, develop, and deliver programs of work against time, quality, and budget requirements.
  • An appropriate qualification in learning and development or a related discipline.
