We are seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Manager to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences that drive strategic priorities and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with business objectives
- Create scalable frameworks to support job-ready capability across career pathways
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Partner across teams to align learning with broader workforce strategy and transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Business acumen and understanding of industry dynamics
