**Job Overview**
We are seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive **Receptionist / Office Manager** to manage front desk operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small team setting. We have less than 10 employees currently an only one other in the office, which is me.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Duties**:
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Oversee office cleanliness and organization, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist with reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Support team members with clerical tasks and project coordination.
**Qualifications**
- Preferred but not required is experience in a receptionist, office manager, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus.
