We are seeking a bright, happy and highly motivated Receptionist who is happy to take on a variety of administrative/secretarial tasks. You will be working for a well known stable company within a friendly and supportive team.

You will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, data entry, handling company enquiries and sorting and distributing mail and parcels. You will also be required to support the team with administration duties. The role requires a confident, bubbly and happy person to also manage stationery, kitchen supplies and odd jobs as needed.

To be successful in this role you will be energetic, motivated, helpful and ready to work in a team and make this role your own. Ideally seeking experienced Receptionist with strong administration skills.

- Sound organisational skills
- Neat and tidy personal presentation
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
