Foot Power is a leading pedorthic / foot care clinic in Australia established in 1988. We offer state of the art foot health care services and use high level diagnostic and gait assessment technology. We see a vast variety of patients with different needs.

We are seeking a receptionist / office manager to work in our Pymble office 2 regular days per week from 8.30am to 5pm. The position is job share. Required to work 2 days, while other colleagues work 2 to 3 days.

During leave of the other staff member, it is expected work days may increase to 4 days per week.

The role includes receptionist's tasks as well as office management roles. High level of competency in English is essential. Medical reports and other correspondence will need to be written/edited. High standard of verbal communication skills are required to interact with patients with various abilities from different socio economic and cultural backgrounds. Computer literacy and high level proficiency with MS office is expected. Experience with practice management and accounting software MYOB is preferred. NDIS Worker Check is required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week

Work Location: In person
