**What you'll do?**
**As an Event Coordinator at Decent Care**, you'll collaborate with all our amazing teams to plan and organise events that bring joy and growth to our participants Whether it's helping them learn new skills, setting up exciting outdoor adventures, or creating unforgettable experiences, you'll be at the heart of it all. This is your chance to make a real difference in people's lives while having fun doing it. Every day will be an opportunity to spread positivity, create memories, and help our participants shine
**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
- **Planning Engaging Activities**: Designing and coordinating dynamic events that transform skill-building into enjoyable experiences for our participants.
- **Logistics Management**: Overseeing all logístical aspects to ensure events are efficiently set up and executed.
- **Collaborating with Teams**: Working closely with various departments to promote events and gather necessary resources for successful execution.
- **Participant Liaison**: Engaging with participants to understand their interests and incorporate their ideas into event planning.
- **Budget Oversight**: Managing event budgets to ensure financial resources are allocated effectively while delivering memorable experiences.
- **On-Site Coordination**: Leading event operations on the day to guarantee everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collecting participant feedback post-event to continuously improve our offerings and ensure alignment with participant needs.
