We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team at the Woolooware Bay Medical Practice in Woolooware, NSW 2230. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and healthcare professionals.

**What you'll be doing**
- Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling patient inquiries
- Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling phone calls
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Assisting with any other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the practice

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients, doctors, and staff in a professional and empathetic manner
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using Best Practice Medical software and basic computer skills
- A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
