We are offering an exciting new opportunity for a Claims Support Officer to join our dyanamic Operational Support Services function. Located in our Brisbane offices, you will provide administrative support to our national claims teams, including claim registrations, data entry, invoice processing, etc, playing a pivotal role in providing exceptional services to injured workers and insured clients. In this roles, you will learn new skills and work with a diverse set of stakeholders.

**How you'll make an impact**
- Provide administrative support to teams including:

- Registration of new claims;
- Processing of expenses and entitlements;
- Lodging and referring incoming correspondence, assisting with the processing of letters and other transactions;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including case management and legal advisory personnel, legal practitioners, regulatory bodies etc;
- Participate in key business projects and initiatives.

**About you**
- Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer service role;
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation;
- A strong sense of team and collaboration;
- A resilient attitude.
