Leadership Position: Facilities Management Executive
This is a high-profile role that oversees the strategic management of facilities for a national retail portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in facilities management, with a focus on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Operations/Facilities Managers to deliver consistent, high-quality service to clients
Oversee the delivery of maintenance, repairs, and building services nationwide
Develop and implement HSE systems, conduct regular audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee contractor safety performance
Manage procurement activities and vendor relationships to drive performance and value
Act as the escalation point for tenant and client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Provide high-quality reporting and insights to clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with ESG teams to develop sustainability initiatives aligned with client goals
About You:
Senior-level experience in facilities management across commercial or retail portfolios
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Tertiary qualifications in FM, engineering, safety/environmental management, or related fields
Deep understanding of HSE systems, contractor management, and capital works
Ability to travel interstate and respond to after-hours emergencies
