Portfolio Leader Role

This is a leadership role that combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement. The Portfolio Leader will oversee facilities management services across multiple retail assets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations/facilities managers to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Oversee national delivery of maintenance, repairs, and building services
  • Implement HSE systems, conduct audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee contractor safety performance
  • Lead procurement activities and manage vendor relationships to drive performance
  • Act as the escalation point for tenant and client issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Deliver high-quality insights to clients and leadership
  • Partner with ESG teams to deliver sustainability initiatives

About You:

  • Proven experience in facilities management across commercial or retail portfolios
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Tertiary qualifications in FM, engineering, safety/environmental management, or related fields
  • Deep understanding of HSE systems, contractor management, and capital works
  • Willingness to travel and respond to after-hours emergencies
