Leadership Position: Facilities Management Executive

This is a high-profile role that oversees the strategic management of facilities for a national retail portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in facilities management, with a focus on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Operations/Facilities Managers to deliver consistent, high-quality service to clients
  • Oversee the delivery of maintenance, repairs, and building services nationwide
  • Develop and implement HSE systems, conduct regular audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee contractor safety performance
  • Manage procurement activities and vendor relationships to drive performance and value
  • Act as the escalation point for tenant and client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Provide high-quality reporting and insights to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with ESG teams to develop sustainability initiatives aligned with client goals
About You:
  • Senior-level experience in facilities management across commercial or retail portfolios
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Tertiary qualifications in FM, engineering, safety/environmental management, or related fields
  • Deep understanding of HSE systems, contractor management, and capital works
  • Ability to travel interstate and respond to after-hours emergencies
