As the **Business Delivery Manager, Disruption Transformation - PMO** (Program Management Office), you will work closely with the Senior Manager of the PMO to enable the successful delivery of the Program. You will manage program execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that program goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget. As part of this role, you will work closely with a diverse stakeholder mix (multiple business units and levels of seniority) to define requirements, manage risks, prioritise deliverables and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will collaborate with cross functional program leads to define sprint objectives, allocate resources based on team capacity / project requirements and (as required) prioritise backlog items. You will work closely with the various Project Leads to create clear, actionable sprint plans and monitor progress throughout the sprint life cycle. You will also be responsible for capacity planning and resource management to ensure that program demands are met efficiently and effectively. Your role will also lead the iterative project prioritisation review process ensuring that the program business case objectives are met on time and on budget. A large component of the role will also involve delivery schedule management including the ability to identify project dependencies and interdependencies.
**You'll have -**
- 10+ years of program management and delivery experience.
- Tertiary qualification or appropriate practical experience in Program Management (e.g. Prince 2, Scrum Master, Agile Project Management).
- Ability to develop and manage detailed program plans, oversee project activities and manage resource capacity plans to ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure program success.
- Ability to identify and articulate program dependencies and interdependencies with a particular focus on critical path items.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities across parallel projects.
- Proactive problem solver, responding to unique scenarios and circumstances.
- Effectively manage resources, communications, and strategic outcomes.
- Highly organised, pro-active and methodical approach to tasks.
- Experienced leader in influencing change management in complexed matrixed organisations.
- Ability to foster and grow strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels within the business.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with project delivery software tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira Workflow Management, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project etc).
