We are seeking a Disruption Planning Lead to join our team.

**Job Description:**

The Disruption Planning Lead will be responsible for leading strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration across all Qantas operations.

This involves driving change through the Disruption Transformation Program to improve experiences for our people and customers.

The role requires engaging with multiple stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives within the program.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration across all Qantas operations.
  • Drive change through the Disruption Transformation Program.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • 6-10 years of experience in commercial aviation.
  • A strong understanding of airline systems and processes.
  • Project Management Proficiency and/or Program Delivery experience.
  • Adaptable to changing environments.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Negotiation & strong communication skills.
  • People Management/leadership experience.
