As the Product Owner, Disruption Recovery within Customer Journey Operations & Schedule Distribution at Qantas, you will lead and own the development, management and delivery of Disruption Management technology within Customer Journey Operations & Schedule Distribution. You will be a manager with a customer-centric mentality and responsible for defining and executing a product vision, strategy and roadmap.

This role holds a critical responsibility in interpreting data and generating insights to enhance digital products within the Disruption Recovery domain. By recommending and leading technology enhancements, you will elevate existing configurations and manage new tools, empowering staff and enhancing customer outcomes during disruptions, schedule changes, and for customers with specific needs.

Collaborating with internal Qantas teams, such as Customer Journey, IOC, Airports, and Digital, as well as external technology vendors, you will work towards delivering seamless experiences for customers. In partnership with the Qantas IT Technical Product Owner, you will hold ultimate accountability for the Customer Journey & Schedule Distribution technology roadmap, making a significant impact on Qantas' operational excellence.

You'll have
- 5+ years' experience in an Agile environment and 3+ years as an agile Product Manager working within a scaled agile environment (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience managing a digital or technology roadmap from discovery through the delivery
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage interdependencies and competing priorities
- Expert stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions
- Experience designing and facilitating fit for purpose workshops that deliver defined outcomes
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Degree in Business, Product Management or relevant industry experience
