**Role**: Employee Relations Partner (internal Title People Support Partner)
**Location**: Hybrid or Virtual (depending on where you are located)

As the first point of contact for people related enquiries from both team members and leaders the People Support Partner is responsible for providing high quality, tailored and humanised coaching and advice. Drawing on your experience as an HR generalist or employee relations professional, you will have a depth of expertise to respond to a broad range of enquiries and if you don't know the answer you will take ownership to find it

**Your Impact**:
**Part of a national HR team, you will be responsible for**:
As a case manager, providing HR advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle - ER, engagement, retention, and performance related enquiries.
Providing pragmatic, risk aware and uncomplicated advice that keeps our business moving at pace. You manage complex people cases, interfacing with multiple stakeholders to create great outcomes.
Being a passionate culture ambassador who influences and coaches' others to model the Goodstart values and our desired behaviours whilst working to empower leaders to create a positive working environment.

**You'll bring to the table**:
Hold a qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law, or equivalent experience.
A strong customer service mindset that keeps our customers at the centre of what you do.
Empathy, compassion, and rapport to build relationships with stakeholders from all levels of Goodstart.
Effective ways of working, allowing you to maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and high-volume case load.
Enjoy working work in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
HR written and verbal communication skills and knowledge.
Broad generalist experience across all elements of the employee lifecycle.
